Alaska Native Group Concerned Over Rejection of Mail-in Ballots | Alaska News


A nonprofit organization representing Alaska Natives is asking Governor Mike Dunleavy and Lt. Gov. Kevin Meyer to tackle the rate of discarded ballots in the special statewide primary for US House.

Native Peoples Action points to early election results statistics which indicate that 4,830 ballots were rejected by election officials out of 140,000 that were returned.
