âWe strive to create a high performing and inclusive culture where employees from diverse backgrounds can have a lasting impact in very important ways,â ANG CEO Heath Rist told ClearanceJobs. âAs a tribe-owned business, our mission is to improve the Winnebago tribe of Nebraska while providing the best solutions and services to our customers. Our profits are reinvested in the Winnebago community to support the education, employment, housing and health of the tribes.
Rist added that ANG is taking the lead in providing opportunities for Native Americans in the government sector.
âOur presence in the public market space opens doors and creates opportunities for Native Americans, which were not previously available,â Rist explained. âBringing new perspectives and new horizons to our business allows us to develop better solutions that more effectively meet the needs of our customers. “
The company holds several notable certifications that enable it to provide key services to partner government agencies. It is ISO 9001 certified and is CMMI-SVC Maturity Level 3 assessed. Some divisions with ANG also hold SBA 8 (a) and HUBZone certifications.
âContinuing education is essential for us. Making sure our employees are up to date with standards and protocols allows us to better serve our customers in all settings, âsaid Rist. “Every government program we manage is staffed with professional, experienced and enthusiastic employees ready to make an impact.”
