Palisociety launches new culinary accessory, “Palisociety Dining Group”, with the addition of creative director of food and beverage, Casey Lane

Los Angeles-based Palisociety, one of the nation’s fastest growing independent hotel brands, will usher in a forward-thinking chapter of growth and expansion with the launch of the Palsociety Restoration Group this summer.

A new concept within the Palisociety portfolio with a particular focus on branded dining experiences, Palisociety Dining Group will be responsible for developing the restaurant concept and evolving the company’s well-established footprint in the dining space, under the capable eye of new Creative Director of Food and Beverage, Casey Lane, and new General Manager of Food and Beverage, Will Marquardt. Across its portfolio, Palisociety currently operates 17 food and beverage outlets; at the end of 2022, it will add four sites in three new hotels and in 2023, 10 additional sites in nine new hotels.

Chef Lane, a Texas native, is a four-time James Beard Foundation Rising Star semi-finalist. It has earned a well-known reputation for its rustic cuisine with international influences, with a strong sense for flavors and relaxed yet confident recipes. His early career traced its roots to Portland, Oregon at Clark Lewis, one of the city’s flagship institutions, before landing in Los Angeles in 2009, where he found great success with The Tasting Kitchen by Venice and more. He recently partnered with Palisociety on Marco Polo Trattoria & Bar, the all-day Italian-inspired coastal restaurant at Silver Lake Pool & Inn. He was listed as a Food & Wine Ten Best Chef (2013) and his restaurants were featured on QGTop 10 new restaurants, Los Angeles Magazine‘s Best New Restaurant, Eater’s Hottest Restaurants, and more.

The Palisociety Dining Group will complement the brand’s ethos, seeking to perfect the “neighborhood hotel restaurant” concept by investing in a team of talented chefs, visionaries and operators alongside Lane who will bring this new vision. By leveraging the robust operations and infrastructure of the company’s existing hospitality platform to create efficiencies and standardization across multiple unique and intimate dining outlets, the launch will create consistency and reliability on the platform and in every hotel, coast to coast.

The underlying success of the Palisociety Dining Group food and beverage outlets will come from the focus on hotel restaurants as unique outposts for the platform in each neighborhood they inhabit, but with an underlying framework of structure, repetition and consistency. & drink will focus on the creation and development of four key concepts across the portfolio (Italian, French, All Day and Mediterranean) which will be implemented in various hotels depending on their market, audience and history culinary. As always, excellent service is at the forefront of the experience, menus are seasonal, cocktails are a specialty and prices are moderate.
