West Des Moines-based employment agency Palmer Group has announced that it has expanded its services to Wisconsin. The agency announced the move in a press release Monday, saying it was helping expand its services and mission in the Midwest. “We are excited about the next evolution of our organization as we expand our services into the Wisconsin market,” said David Leto, president of the Palmer Group. “[We have] developed a trusted brand and reputation throughout Iowa over our 24 years in business and we hope to establish that same level of trust in this new space. The expansion will be led by Joe Collard, who will act as Territory Manager. Collard, originally from Wisconsin, has over nine years of experience in personnel and sales, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Chris Lorenz, executive vice president of the Palmer Group, said Collard’s experience, combined with his knowledge of Wisconsin, will be key to the growth of the Palmer brand. “We look forward to Collard bringing the company’s principles and values to candidates and clients in Wisconsin, and continuing our legacy of improving lives,” said Lorenz.
